7:00 AM – 7:30 AM Sitting Meditation

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Break

8:30 AM – 11:00 AM Writing, Reading Aloud

11:00 – 12:00 Break

12:00 PM – 2:00 PM Walking, Writing, Reading

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM Break

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM Sitting meditation
